How does scanning work?
Take one photo of the overhead scoreboard at the end of a game. Strikeline reads each frame and shows you what it found so you can fix anything before saving. The scores you confirm are what gets saved — the scan is just a head start.
It misread a game. What do I do?
Tap the frame and correct it during review, then save. If a particular scoreboard reads badly, send us the photo at hello@getstrikeline.com — that's exactly how we make the reader better for everyone.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your games and photos are private to your account, never shared with other users, and never sold. The full detail is on our privacy page.
How do I cancel Pro?
Pro is billed through your Apple account. Open the App Store → your account → Subscriptions → Strikeline → Cancel. You'll keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes your profile and bowling data. If you'd rather we do it, email hello@getstrikeline.com.
